Yesterday's walk, on a lovely autumn day, took us over the D750 on a familiar climb up in the direction of Le Grand-Pressigny and back down through Le Maupas.
Fortunately the path had been recently cut so although it was slightly wet underfoot, we were not knee high in grass as we have been here on other recent occasions.
At the top of the hill we saw a field of sunflowers that were yet to be harvested with a few still trying to stay bright and alert in the background.
