More music and Beaujolais...

Pauline and I went over to 'Chez L' last night to hear 'I Don't Know' and imbibe some more nouveau Beaujolais - not that we needed it. Cold and damp outside but full of warmth inside.

'Old Hat' at 'Chez-L'

Good to see a good turnout for our 'gig' last night at 'Chez-L' though felt strange singing inside when the majority of people were enjoying the lovely evening outside or eating in the rear dining room - would have been good to be allowed to perform outside but understand the difficulties involved with this here. Anyway thanks to all of you who turned up to lend your support.

New beginnings...'Chez L'

The former 'Café Jean Bart' in Le Grand Pressigny re-opened its doors last night (officially opens on Friday) as 'Chez L' with the new proprietors hosting a welcome night.

Lisa and her team did an excellent job which bodes well for its future.

Entertainment for the evening was provided by 'I Don't Know' accompanied by Dave Brown on fiddle.
