Revisiting Bedoin...

We made a nostalgic visit over to the market at Bedoin on Monday having some happy memories of previous visits but on a bit of a grey day and with few stalls because of the time of year we found it a little underwhelming.

There was at least one stall that reminded us of previous colourful markets here.

We did enjoy a coffee however, albeit in very quiet surroundings.

Provence - our village location

No Loches market for us today but our little bit of Provence has given us a taste of the local markets here.

The village of Bedoin has to be our favourite market locally with the village we are staying in, Monmoiron, only having a small market for the locals. What the village does offer, like many in the local area, is wonderful views of Mont Ventoux.

French markets

Today is market day at Loches, one of our favourites here in the Loire Valley but we love the market in Bedoin in Provence where we were lucky enough to visit last week.

The colours of the market there are great...
