Another winter walk...by the river Douglas.

Yesterday morning Norman and Margaret took us a walk along  the banks of the river Douglas which runs directly behind their avenue. It was a lovely,if cold, morning and the perfect prelude to a lovely lunch from Margaret.

 

How lucky are we...

One of the lovely things about staying with Mike and Liz was sitting in their fab new extension and and having our own 'nature watch', we knew we would miss it when we left but are lucky enough at our current stopover with Norman and Margaret to have an equally lovely view!
