As part of our southern road-trip we took in the town of Albi on the Tarn river after our visit to Carcassonne . Its skyline is dominated by the13th-century, red-brick Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and Palais de la Berbie which is home to the Musée Toulouse-Lautrec, honoring painter who was born here.
