While our neighbour David's cat was on the prowl one of the new chicks decided to seek sanctuary in our house by actually flying in the front door and upstairs into our bedroom. Unfortunately its timing was pretty bad as we were just leaving to take Pauline to the airport... managed to eventually convince it to leave via the window but not before putting us under a little pressure timewise.
