Have you seen this?...


When we were over at friends Mike & Liz for a barbecue last week Mike brought out his 'Weber' chimney starter  - first time I'd seen it but what a good idea! The basic principle of the barbecue chimney is pretty simple: You put some coal into the tube with a grid and ventilation holes near the bottom and light a fire underneath.The smoke stack effect will take care of rest.No need for Firelighters, gel or even fanning -great idea!
